these are the three things i stick to when i document life around me

authenticity

i crave authenticity. like if there’s one thing you need to know about me, it’s that.

the photos i capture tell that story too. there is a vibrancy and tenderness to life that demands to be noticed. captured. memorialized. and it must be done in an honest way. it’s complexities and intricacies and nuances that come with it. there is beauty and light and color around us and my soul is completely stirred by it.

natural

i try to keep my editing style very natural. my images evoke an earthy, nostalgic, raw, and ethereal feel to them. whether you want me to document your family, senior photos, engagement, or wedding, i’m here to tell your story. not a story that is perfectly posed and instagram-worthy and imitated. days like these are stuffed full of moments that can’t be replicated, as well as moments that shouldn’t be falsified for the sake of a “cute photo”.

my goal is to create a natural atmosphere where you can just be yourselves, and forget that you're having your photo taken, because that's where the magic is. while i definitely get some traditional shots (grandma's going to want those for her mantle and that's important too), my main focus will always be on the in-betweens and candid.

intimate

i strive to keep a level of intimacy with every photo i take. i photograph the raw, real emotions, and i don’t want you to hold back from feeling them if there’s a camera near you. i want to capture the day as it unfolds, including those tiny details + organic moments that matter most to you. this is all about vulnerability and connection for me. i want anyone in front of my camera to feel comfortable and themselves, and it’s my job to foster that in every session. so i’m here for the kisses, the hugs, the tears, the soft stares, and the wild laughter. i’m here for you. let’s create some emotive-filled, soul-stirring, time-stopping tangible memories together.
